JOB SEARCH | RECRUITMENT PROCESS
A world of opportunities
If you’re thinking about applying for a role with us, that’s great news. And so you know what to expect and when, we’ve outlined the typical recruitment process below. It might vary a little, depending on where you are in the world, but one is thing certain: the focus here is making sure that we’re right for you, as well as you being right for us.

1. Search online for a job with AXA Partners

Use our job search to find your perfect job with us. Once you’ve found a job you’re interested in, applying online will only take a few minutes.

2. Take a good look around our careers website

If you have any questions, have a good look around this career website. You’ll find the answers you need right here.

3. Complete and submit your online application

Once you’ve found a job you’d like to apply, simply complete the online form. Make sure you fill in all the necessary details, including personal details, CV, work history and academic background.

4. We’ll be in touch

If your online application is successful, we’ll get in touch with you with information on next steps. In some cases, there is an initial video or phone interview to which we invite you via email and advise you about the procedure.

5. First round of interviews

This is where we get to know each other a bit better. This could be in the form of an interview or assessment centre. We’ll want to hear all about you and the skills and qualities you’ll bring to AXA Partners and the job. We’d love to hear about how you work too, and we’ll want to make sure that we share a similar set of values and commitments. It’s also a chance for you to ask us any questions you may have.

6. Second interview

Great news, you’ve made it to the second interview! Now, this could take a number of different formats, depending on the job you’re applying for and where it’s based. You might have the chance to get to know your future team, or be asked to work on a presentation. We sometimes use psychometric testing at this stage too – depending on the role you’re applying for. (Don’t worry, we’ll let you know the format and when it will happen when we get in touch.)

7. Checking a few details

Before we can make you a job offer, we need to check your application details and reference information, to make sure everything is correct. We’ll discuss the details with you personally.

8. Congratulations! Your job offer

You clearly have everything the job needs – and we’re delighted to make you a job offer and send you your employment contract. We can’t wait to get you started!
