As our name suggests, we partner with our clients. We provide their customers with innovative assistance services, specialised insurance and credit protection solutions across eight key sectors: travel, banking/insurance, healthcare, energy, automotive, digital, retail and telecoms. 

Bringing our vast insurance know-how and our innovative use of tech and data to everything we do, we’re providing these services and solutions in exciting new ways. In traditional insurance, you’re only ever in contact with your insurer when you pay or need to make a claim. But here, we’re moving to another paradigm where we’re the partner of our customer.
